BNHG is the abbreviation of Babur Nabat Holding Group , which is a Nongovernmental and Non-political company, the office just established to assist in Rehabilitation and reconstruction process of Afghanistan and to secure the operation of relief and rehabilitation activities inside Afghanistan through direct cooperation with existing local residents, government authorities, shoras and donors. (BNCC) was establishing in the year (BNCC 2007,). (BNCC) by having full ability adequate capacity for executing operational, management and implementation quality stated its efforts for rehabilitation of Afghanistan since 2007 in the sectors of Engineering, Construction, Architectural, Interior Design, 2D-3D Service, Irrigation, Water supply, production of construction material, income generation, road construction, Logistic Services and Planning

Objectives of (BNCC)

Gearing all these expertise towards a single objective under a well-organized association, results the coherence and synergy which in its turn ensures greater success of each part and dimension of the intended project. Different staff of the member companies of the association has designed and implemented and/or implementing significant number of various construction projects such as schools, US Army compounds, Press Club, Asphalt roads, culverts, bridges, Water supply pipe scheme, houses, multi stories marketing p laza and irrigation infrastructures (refer to the list of projects).  The association possesses relevant knowledge and has gained valuable experience in the design of different sorts of buildings used for different purposes. This has given enhanced capacity to the association and pre-positioned it to utilize its expertise in the design, management and implementation of new projects. The staff of this Association is also familiar with regulations and principles of the US Army forces.

Policy and Legal Position

As an implementing company (BNCC) shall be making itself available to all donor governmental and non-governmental agencies. All activities, efforts and any required actions including operational, financial and management of (BNCC) are non-governmental and non-political.  (BNC) has the right to work anywhere inside Afghanistan without restriction and has full authorization to seek financial resources and implementation possibilities for the planned projects. The company is entitled to receive and accept gifts, grants, aids and donations from any donor  agency.

Community participation

(BNCC) is focusing on community participation and involvement through direct contact with the local people and actively involve them in the project activities. Relation with authorities:  (BNCC) involves directly the local authorities mainly the Departments of MRRD, M.O.P general withcentral government of Afghanistan and local Shora.

Monitoring and evaluation

The project key staff as well as the senior project manager of the project carried out regular monitoring and evaluation of the program internally. The reporting system is through weekly,quarterly and annual reports in regular manner.(BNCC)The agency wishes to work in all parts of Afghanistan however, the agency is particularly interested  to work in the places where severely damages are reached and to implement the projects which have not been undertake.
